Return Policy



At Reenboog, each product we supply goes through strict quality check from multiple hands ensuring accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, undamaged and unworn condition.

A. RETURNS or EXCHANGE

In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because order is not as per the specifications or product did not meet the desired expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at cs@reenboog.com with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of garment where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. The refund shall be subject to conditions detailed in clauses no 1 and 2.

Note: Products below 2 mtrs or bought on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

1. When Product is Defective or Damaged

1.1. REFUND POLICY

1.1.1. In all instances of returns covered under clause 1.2, customer shall get full refund against the returned products.

1.1.2. Discounts on a bulk order valued INR 15000, or above, shall be adjusted on pro-rata basis and shall be applicable on the actual net value of order after return.

1.1.3. Customer shall arrange to send the product to the Nellore office address. Then customer has to share a scanned copy of the receipt via email/Whatsapp.

1.1.4. All refunds are by default processed as gift cards of equivalent value which a customer can use to buy products on www.reenboog.com for 3 months. In case a customer chooses otherwise, the refund can be transferred back into source (pre-paid) or bank account.

1.2. COVERED as Defect or Damaged

1.2.1. Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture or colors is visible right at the time of product first unpacked

1.2.2. The product is abruptly torn and is not usable

1.3. NOT COVERED as Defect or Damage

1.3.1. Color reproduction on various digital screens vastly varies, hence there shall always be some gap between what you see online versus in real.

1.3.2. Some particular types of products suffer inherent color bleeding for a few washes. Instructions for each such product is clearly mentioned on respective product page.

1.3.3. Any product ordered below 2 meters of measurement doesn’t qualify for return.

1.4. Exchange

1.4.1. Any request of exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the product in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products within 3 days. 1.4.2. Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP.

1.5. Conditions of Returned Products

1.5.1. The tags on the product should be intact.

1.5.2. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition

1.5.3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

1.5.4 Sale products will not be returnable or exchangeable except in case of defect.

2. When Customer Changed His/Her Mind, or Did Not Like The Product

2.1. Refund Policy

In all such instances when a customer changed their mind, or the products didn’t meet their set expectations, and wish to return part or whole of the order, Reenboog shall accept returns for the rest of the products, given that returned products qualify the conditions mentioned in clause 2.2. In such cases, customer shall bear the full shipping charges, and there shall be no reverse pick-up facility to avail. The refund shall be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of returned order back at the shipping source.

2.2. Conditions of Returned Products

2.2.1. The tags on the product should be intact.

2.2.2. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.

2.2.3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

B. CANCELLATION

1. You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through phone . This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account.

2. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our customer care number.

3. You can cancel the order by calling us on the customer care number.

4. If you had selected Cash on Delivery at the time of placing order, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

International orders

1. Does Reenboog deliver Internationally?
Having received so much love from the overseas, Yes, Reenboog has started shipping international orders. While covering most of the world countries at present, we strive to deliver our collections to each of your door steps very soon!

2. How is the shipping rate calculated for international orders?
Once you are done stacking your cart with your favorite product and confirmed order. Your order cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the selected products and zip code on a real-time basis and our team will send the charges applicable and courier service that gives best service to your area by email / whatsapp.

3. How long does it take to ship internationally?
Once ordered, we know that getting the products on time and crafting them in your thought-out outfit is something you just can’t wait for! We ship all our orders through the best courier service in your region which ideally takes no longer than a week days from the date of order placement. Even our customer can suggest us the courier service through which the product can be shipped.

International orders

It is compulsory for our customers in South America to mention their Tax Id in the cart page in the “Special Instructions for Seller” column to enjoy a smooth delivery process or else, your order might get stuck! While in case of Russia, no individual consignee order can be placed. Only Companies with an Import License (to be given before shipping) can place their orders. But since we know your love for Indian Handlooms is way beyond these regulations, we always try our best to get the product delivered at your doorstep without and hassle or discomfort. 5. Is COD Available on international orders?
No, COD is not applicable on international orders. We accept only prepaid orders.

6. How can I make the payment for international orders? You can make your payment through netbanking,then our support team will reach you through email the company account details to which amount should be transferred before the order is shipped.

7. Can I place bulk orders internationally?

8. What is your Return Policy? While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt . In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will refund the product amount (only), if we receive the product, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery, if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will refund the entire amount including shipping to your bank account or offer you a coupon code of the same amount. In such a scenario, you do not have to return the product, just sit back, accept our apologies and place another order! We will try out best that you don’t face an issue like this again!

9. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Did you place a wrong order or changed your mind? You absolutely have no reasons to freak out because we got you! If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, full amount will be refunded. However, if you wish to cancel your order once it’s shipped, in this case, the money will not be refunded. If you wish to return the product, you can refer to Question no. 7.

10. Do you have standardized prices for domestic and international orders?
International peripheries don’t weigh down the love we have for our customers. All our products are uniformly priced for countries across the world. It is only the shipping cost that varies based on the weight of the order and zip code of the country.

11. Can I bill the order internationally and get it shipped to an Indian address?
Staying abroad can’t really aloof you from your roots. Isn’t it? You can definitely pay internationally and get it shipped to any town or city in India. Whether you plan to gift it to your friends or family, or get it collected for your own self, don’t give it a second thought! Just get your hands on it and place the order. Besides, all the charges we levy on shipping are going to be calculated on domestic prices only.

12. How can I detect the quality of the product online?
Hailing right from the hands of efficient and diligent artisans, each product tags along some unique characteristics. Apart from providing good quality products to our customers we also aim at educating them on the various characteristics recognized with each product. Kindly refer to our product page wherein we have dedicatedly mentioned the opacity, color bleeding and shrinkage properties for every product, hence the quality is going to differ accordingly.

14. Are there some items which are restricted for international shipments?
Though we know after leafing through the website you would feel like buying everything, however, there are a few products that we don’t ship overseas. In this case, if the product is not compatible for shipping in your country, it will mentioned clearly in the description of product. Nevertheless, the restricted items are limited to a very few products, that too only to make sure that we don’t ship anything that can or shall be subjected to some bleeding. Rest, the world is yours!! Wear your designing hat, pick your product and let the creativity roll in!

15. My payment has failed! What shall I do now?
Arghh!! Annoyed much? Take a deep breath and try again! That’s the best way out! However, if it still doesn’t work, you will receive an abandoned cart recovery email in your mail box. You can try again and place your order. In case your payment has failed & deducted from your account, and the order has not been placed, ping our customer support and we assure you, your concern will be addressed on priority.

16. Why is international shipping not free?
We all are aware of the complexities that international shipping brings along. Each country has their own set of custom duty norms and taxes which makes it difficult for any e-commerce business to bear the shipping charges. Even courier companies in this case has a scroll running down with T&Cs which makes it all the more difficult to ship products for free, internationally. However, we only charge the shipping cost that the courier company levy on each order. There are no hidden costs involved! But we know you won’t mind paying an extra few pennies for our enchanting collection! Don’t ya?
